When she set foot in the Industry

When she set foot in the Industry

Graduating and Post Graduating to build up a career is one of the most important things which hover up in the entire youngster mind when they have finally understood the sense of its importance in their life. Apart from being constantly driven by the taunts and maneuvers of all the members in the family trying their way to impress you with “Sharma gi k ladka/ladki ye karliye” may certainly at some point irritate you to the extent but this is something which only you are going to understand about.
It’s going to be a mere sense of pain for you constantly lingering up over your head as you are being backed up by so much of expectation of people that some or other way you feel like you are chained. “Not in your life but certainly in some people’s wishes”. Someway these driving force are necessary for the kind of crowd which falters but not for all.
21’st century, that’s what we say all the time when people try to excel in anything, but let us just keep in mind that it has changed the kind of thinking in youngsters even. May be your child or daughter is not the one which he/she could be around 10-15 years back. But it’s the time for realization, may be sooner then it changes everything.
Sharma gi ka ladka/ladki bhale hi disc mein sharab k nashe mein dhutt rahe” but it’s just you who knows that not the family members who constantly taunt you by their name. But it’s really not the end…………………these thing will linger around you through the time when you have finally achieve the thing for which you started.

Job a big word in every youngster life, the feeling of self dependent or what you say it as independent always makes you happy. You are happy that you don’t have to ask for your next pocket money from your father & certainly your family members are happy with that, but there is always some but in that.
And that but is something which will be behind the curtains for sometimes and can be revealed a day later, a week or a month, or if you are lucky enough then at the time when you are going to sign the #bond paper of the current firm in which you are going to start working.
And in a jiffy your best moment of being self dependent turns out to be a pain of your life with that mere BUT. It’s the time when getting any job after graduation/PG changes to selective job, i.e. the time of not your interest but of thousand minds or mouth’s speaking at instances in front of you from which you can't even deny or run from because they are all you dear family member.

So this is it, the current scenario of your life. When people are not satisfied with what you have finally but they are constantly hampering you to the thing which they want from you. People from which you can’t run off, who are supposed to be your strength are the one, currently pulling you down from the first flight which you took in your career.
It may certainly mock you to the limit but yes you can’t explain them that there where so many of your colleagues who went home after doing their graduation/PG without even getting a job. It’s certain that the unemployment rate is decreasing in India but not of the fact that you really can enjoy about, sources say that the current unemployment rate is 3.6% of the year 2014.

But these facts or data are nothing to be bragged in front of the one who are selective with their taunts.
How about taking a case when a girl who has finally got job in one of multinational company for which she always dreamt of gets lectured daily after her shift of 10 AM- 9 PM (adding up the travelling time) , for selecting that job or for just being in a job which she can’t leave.”
It’s the time when her wishes mean nothing to the crowd around her what it means is just to get settled.
More precisely to get married & sent to the other family in which the guy most probably would be working in xyz multinational company which each of the members in the family will brag in positive manner.
Talk about 21st century which runs in a way of equality, I certainly doubt on this part.
How about the life of a girl who is graduate, who has her own wishes, which has to be framed with the wishes of family. Does it really counts on any part,
No, because thoughts of everyone shifts to this
“Bhaiya, Sharma gi ladki itni badi hogayi hai and kama bhi rahi hai magar uski shadi nahi hui abhi tak, kuch chakkar to nahi chal raha uska”,
Where in any of the condition just a simple student who wants to earn get stabbed so many times with the adversity of the surrounding that she finally gives up being irritated.

She who has her own dreams, who took her first flight in the industry to turns some of her wishes come true, one who wanted to bring some changes in her family but turns out to be the victim of literacy.
Life lingers around an unending expectation of human from human, human from life, and life from you. And in the middle of satisfying these expectations you finally forget to live for yourself or for the things which you wanted it to happen with you.
The time when you look back to past you, you are just able to realize and observe that from so long you started living up to the dreams of your family, but still you are unable to satisfy them. You are unable to become that gem which everyone wanted out of you.
You have satisfied yourself but the quest of your life still needs satisfaction because you are being constantly pulled by that baseless expectation of life.
And then comes finally the point when you Give up to what you wanted to do so long and be chained in the bonds of marriage just because in this 21st Century even there are people who think about that girls are a burden in one’s family. Even if they don’t speak but just in their thoughts these seeds keeps on growing building up the constant tension.
…………….and finally  “you are married just in the same way as Sharma gi ki ladki/ladka got married instead he/she is happy in his/her life” but out of this family competition of marriage you are not.
When she finally set foot in the industry she never knew that there are things so big and so irritating coming at her doorstep in no time.
